Hydrolytic lignin

Our company suggests you to consider possibility of joint production of the biofuel in the form of pellets made of the hydrolytic lignin. Our company owns the reserve of the hydrolytic lignin in volume 5 514 000 tons (5 514 t.m3.).

The short characteristic of hydrolytic lignin:

1 Colour: From light brown to dark brown

2 Density: 600-700 kg per cubic meter

3 Lignin Humidity: 38-43 %

The density of lignin is equal 1,25-1,4 g/cm3. The refractivity is equal 1,6. The hydrolytic lignin has the calorific value which
makes 5500-6500 kcal/kg for dry lignin, 4400-4800 kcal/kg for lignin with humidity 18%-25%, 1500-1650 kcal/kg for a lignin with humidity from 65 %. Research of lignin showed that its structure is characterized, on the average, by the following content of fractions: in size - more than 250 microns - 54-80 %, less than 250 microns - 17-46 %, less than 1 micron - 0,2-4,3 %.

Some directions of application of the hydrolytic lignin:

production of fuel briquettes, including in a mix with sawdust, coal and peat dust;

productions of fuel gas, in electric power development in gas-piston gas generators;

fuel oil;

production of briquette reducers for metals and silicon;

production of coal, including activated;

sorbents for cleaning of city and manufacture drains, sorbents for poured oil products, sorbents of heavy metals, technological sorbents;

sorbents of medical and veterinary appointment ("Polyphepanum", etc.);

blowing agent in production of bricks, stonewares etc. (instead of sawdust and a wood flour);

raw materials for nitrolignin development (lower of viscosity of clay solutions used in drilling of wells);

filler for plastic and the composite materials, used for composites ("Arboform", etc.);

preparation of organic and organic mineral fertilizers, structure-forming for natural and synthetic soils;

herbicides in cultivation of some cultures (bean) ;

raw materials for production of phenol, acetic and oxalic acids;

additive in asphalt concrete (preparation of lignin-bitum mixes).
